Reusing a tiny tin to create a special message for a stranger can be a delightful and heartwarming project. Here’s how you can transform a simple tin into a memorable surprise for an unsuspecting finder.

Supplies used

• Tin can (in case you don't have any at home)
• Glue
• Craft Gems
• Glitter
• Goo Gone
• Tweezers
• Adhesive Spray (to stick the note inside).
• Love ring

Steps to Create Your Special Message Tin:

Step 1: Clean the Tin

Remove Residue:

• Use Goo Gone to clean any sticky residue or labels from the tin. Apply a small amount of Goo Gone and gently rub the surface with a cloth until the residue is gone.
• Wash the tin with soap and water to remove any Goo Gone residue. Dry it thoroughly with a clean towel.

Step 2: Decorate the Tin

Add Gems:

• Apply glue to the bottom of the tin, ensuring the entire surface is covered. Using tweezers, place the gems one by one until the entire bottom is adorned with them.

  To fill any small gaps between the gems, sprinkle glitter over the glued area.

Step 3: Create the Message

Write Your Message:

• Cut a piece of paper to fit inside the lid of the tin. Write a positive message on the paper, and use adhesive spray to attach it to the lid. For an extra touch of charm, consider adding one or two more gems to the message.

Step 4: Place the Tin

Find the Perfect Spot:

• Choose a location where someone is likely to find the tin, such as a park bench, library shelf, coffee shop table, or bus stop. Ensure it's a place where the tin won't be mistaken for trash and is easily noticeable.
