Supplies used 

(affiliate links for your convenience):

6"dowels

Glitter

Hot Glue Gun

Modge Podge

Star shaped wood (3 in  or 4 in)

Optional:

Bells (metallic twine to tie them)

Ribbons, pompons 

Add a layer of Mod Podge to each star and pour glitter on them until the whole surface is covered. Allow to dry completely and apply one more layer of Mod Podge to fix the glitter.

Hot glue the back of a dowel rod and glue to a star. 

Time to decorate the rod with as many colors and bells you want!
